SubSpace is a massive 2D space shooter. The combination of simple graphics and excellent strategic depth have made SubSpace immensely popular. SubSpace is divided into zones, of which some accommodate 100+ people at the same time. Enter a zone and feel what hundreds of thousands of players have felt when they first entered SubSpace. Feel the thrill as your team collects the last flag and defeats the twelve other teams in the arena. Skillfully dodge enemies and make the final goal in a tough game of Powerball. Fly around on your own, attacking everyone getting too close to you, or team up and combine ships with your friend to form a huge superturret. This is just a small part of SubSpace. Games with huge jackpots that make your fingers itch take place everyday. Large battles for control over the flag room in Trench Wars are a common sight.

Over 25 different zones currently exist in SubSpace. Each zone has different ship settings, a different map, and most important : different gameplay. This simple concept is what adds so much depth to SubSpace, as well as it is the reason that SubSpace is so addicting. Seeing that there are 31 controls for your ship makes you think flying the ship is difficult, but the opposite is true : It's easy! Most players need just a bit of practice to know how to fly, and things will work themselves out. Eventually you will learn how to use the cloaking device to sneak up on an unsuspecting player, and kill them with a single burst of bullets.

Special events are organized every saturday in the Sheep Cloning Facility (SCF). There's a new event each saturday ; from a turret war to a massive suicidal run towards hundreds of bombs in a small tunnel. You name it, they organize it. This event is just a few hours of relaxing, doing nothing that makes sense and having fun. It's a real experience to be on a huge turret with your 30 player team, and see all of them blow up simultaneously three seconds later.
